Important Notice

While we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please note that unforeseen
circumstances or seasonal delays may affect delivery timelines. Your patience and support are always appreciated.

 

Shipping Policy

What are the shipping charges?

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Free shipping on all orders within India.
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the total weight and
    destination. We ensure reasonable and transparent rates.

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 12–15 business days after dispatch
  • Customized/Pre-Order Items:  Require 10–12 business days for production before dispatch.

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on availability.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with the
    courier partner details via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order using your Order ID and phone number on our website under the ‘Track Order’ section.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to become active.


Shipping on COD Orders

  • A ₹200 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹1500.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders under ₹1500.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges vary by country and are not within our control. Kala Kasuti cannot guarantee whether or not duties will be levied, nor can we pre-calculate the amount.


Order Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.
  • If you wish to cancel a Cash on Delivery order, please contact us within 24 hours of
    placing the order.


Order Cancellations by Kala Kasuti

Kala Kasuti reserves the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Limited stock or unavailability of the item
  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Fraud or payment verification issues

In such cases:

  • Customers will be informed via email or phone.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Orders not dispatched within 25 days from the date of confirmation may be cancelled
automatically.


Courier & Delivery Handling

  • Deliveries are made within 7–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public
    holidays).
  • A signature or acknowledgment will be required at the time of delivery.
  • If unavailable at the provided address, our courier partner will attempt redelivery up to 2 more times. The courier service may contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time.

Once shipped, we share all delivery details via email/SMS. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier partner for successful delivery. We are happy to assist in case of delivery issues or delays.

  • Our order processing and customer support team works from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
