Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the www.kalakasuti.com website. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Privacy Policy

2. Orders & Payments

When placing an order at Kala Kasuti, you will be prompted to provide personal details such as your name, email address, contact number, billing and shipping addresses, and payment information.

If you are assigned a user ID or password as part of account creation or checkout, you are
responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. Please notify us immediately at
kalakasuti@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

  • Orders are confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
  • All prices on our website are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and may be updated
    without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to inform you and revise your order accordingly.

Note: Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer and may not apply to
custom-made or pre-order products. Kala Kasuti reserves the right to withdraw or change
promotions at any time.

3. Our Products

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, due to screen settings or lighting during photography, there may be slight variations in color or texture. Minor differences should be expected and are not considered defects.

Each piece is crafted with care, but since many of our items are handmade, slight variations may occur and add to the uniqueness of your garment.

4. Delivery

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is free within India. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Domestic Orders: Dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered in 7–10
    working days.
  • International Orders: Delivered within 12–15 business days post-dispatch.

Please note, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We ship all packages using trackable courier services and provide tracking information upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns. However, size exchanges are available for domestic orders only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Reverse pickup and reshipping charges (₹200 each side) are borne by the customer.
  • Exchange is not available for international orders, sale items, or
    customized/made-to-order garments.

In the rare event of a damaged or defective product, we will replace it after verifying the issue. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and designs—is the exclusive property of Kala Kasuti. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
