Refund Policy
At Kala Kasuti, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our
products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy.
Exchanges (Applicable to Domestic Orders Only)
We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are applicable only for orders within India.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original
packaging with tags intact. - The exchange will be processed once the product is received and inspected at our facility.
- Shipping charges for both reverse pickup and resending the product are the customer’s responsibility — ₹200 per side will be applicable.
Not Eligible for Exchange

International orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please check the
size and product details carefully before placing an order. - Customized or made-to-order products, including stitched garments or altered pieces, are not eligible for exchange.
- Sale items, products purchased during discounts or offers, and items bought using promotional codes are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
Each product goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to offer a replacement, subject to availability.
- To initiate a replacement, please contact us with photographs and your order details at kalakasuti@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please note, refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
