While we strive to meet the estimated timelines, certain situations beyond our control may
occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Orders (within India): Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–8 working days.
  • International Orders: Orders typically ship within 15–20 working days from our
    warehouse and are delivered within 12–15 working days post-dispatch.
  • Customized or Made-to-Order Items: These may require additional time for
    processing before dispatch. Specific timelines will be communicated if applicable.

Note: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and shipping logistics.

Shipping Charges

  • India: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
  • International:
    • Orders below $60 will incur shipping charges based on the destination and weight.
    • Orders above $60 are eligible for free international shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Domestic Orders: You can track your parcel using the link provided in the email.
  • International Orders: Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Delays in Dispatch or Delivery

While we work hard to deliver your products on time, delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Regional lockdowns or natural disruptions
  • Customization lead time

Customs & Duties – International Orders

Please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges vary by country and are not controlled or predetermined by Kala
    Kasuti.
  • Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.

Order Cancellations – From Our Side

In rare situations, Kala Kasuti reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspicious transactions or payment issues
  • Incomplete or unverifiable order information

If we cancel your order after payment is processed, the amount will be fully refunded to your original payment method. You will be notified via email in such cases.

We request customers to respect the final decision made by Kala Kasuti regarding
cancellations.

Courier & Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries are conducted via reliable and trackable courier services.
  • A signature or acknowledgment from the recipient (or anyone present at the delivery address) will be required at the time of delivery.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, the courier partner may attempt redelivery up to two more times.
  • Once the parcel is shipped, it's the customer’s responsibility to track it using the details shared.

Change of Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at the time of placing the order is correct.
Once the order has been processed, we cannot modify the delivery address.
