Return & Exchange Policy

Purchasing Kala Kasuti signifies that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms

  • All sale items, items bought using discount codes, gift vouchers, or during seasonal
    promotions, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please refer to our size chart carefully before making your purchase.
  • Products marked as "made-to-order" (custom-stitched, custom-sized, or limited edition) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Rajputi Poshaks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at our official email with your order ID and return the item to us. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will dispatch a replacement within 7 working days (subject to availability).

Exchange Policy

At Kala Kasuti, we do not offer refunds on any products once sold. However, we do offer size exchanges for eligible products (excluding sale items, custom orders, and poshakhs).

  • If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue you a credit note, valid for 30 days.
  • To request an exchange, please email us at kalakasuti@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection.
  • The product should be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging
    with all tags intact.
  • Kindly courier the product back to us yourself. We currently do not offer reverse
    pickup. Alternatively, if you'd like us to arrange a reverse pickup, an additional ₹200 will be charged (either prepaid or added to the exchanged parcel as Cash on Delivery).

Shipping charges for both sides (return & exchange dispatch) will be borne by the
customer.

Exchange Shipping Instructions

  • Eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and securely packed.
  • Mention the following on the parcel:
    • Full Name
    • Contact Number
    • Email ID
    • Order ID
    • Required Size
  • Please collect an acknowledgment receipt from your courier service provider for tracking.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. However, a credit note can be
    provided.
  • Cash on Delivery orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by
    emailing us at kalakasuti@gmail.com.

Credit Note Policy

If your exchange cannot be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the requested size, we will issue a credit note via email, valid for 30 days. Please keep the email as a reference and share a screenshot when redeeming it.

Reasons Exchange Will Not Be Accepted

  • Product disliked due to material, design, or color preference. (Please read product
    descriptions carefully and refer to images.)
  • Minor color differences due to screen resolution, lighting, or device display.
  • Natural variations in hand-dyed or handcrafted items – our products are made using traditional methods, and slight imperfections are part of the charm.
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items from the Sale Section, custom-made, or Rajputi Poshaks are strictly not
    eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders

Shipping Destinations:

We ship globally to countries including the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Qatar, Oman, South Africa, and more.

Shipping Charges:

Calculated automatically based on product weight and destination at checkout.

Custom Duties/Taxes:

All applicable duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international orders under any condition.

Delivery Time:

International orders are typically delivered within 12–15 working days from the shipping date. Express shipping is available for select locations (charges apply) and delivers within 10–12 working days.

Payment Options:

We accept all major international credit cards and PayPal for global orders.
